About PanPrep
PanPrep is an emergency preparedness app for individuals, families and households, developed and published by Panzica Technologies Inc. It helps households organize supplies, kits, medical information and emergency plans — and understand how prepared they actually are.
What PanPrep is
PanPrep is consumer software, available on the Apple App Store. It is not an emergency service, a monitoring company or a government agency. It records what your household owns, tracks expiry dates, estimates how long your food and water could last, and combines that into a readiness score across four kits: Shelter-In-Place, Bug-Out Bag, Vehicle Kit and Power Outage.
Who it is for
Ordinary households. Parents who want the medication list and the meeting point written down somewhere reliable. People who bought supplies two years ago and are not sure what is still good. Households that want preparedness to be organized and routine rather than dramatic.
Why we built it
Most preparedness advice ends at a checklist. Checklists tell you what to buy; they never tell you where you stand afterwards. PanPrep exists to close that gap — inventory, calculation and status, so a household can answer "how prepared are we?" with a number instead of a guess.
How we talk about preparedness
Calmly. Preparedness is household maintenance, not a worldview. We summarise established guidance from bodies such as the Government of Canada, the Canadian Red Cross, Ready.gov and FEMA in our own words, keep official guidance clearly separate from what the software does, and avoid safety claims we cannot support.
