    PANPREP TERMS OF SERVICE

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PanPrep mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Service").

    PanPrep is owned and operated by Panzica Technologies Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

    By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

    SERVICE DESCRIPTION

    PanPrep provides digital tools designed to assist users with emergency preparedness planning, family coordination, safety check-ins, preparedness guides, and related informational resources.

    The Service may include features such as:

    • Household safety coordination
    • Preparedness checklists
    • Emergency information resources
    • Optional location sharing
    • Family communication tools
    • Group preparedness features

    PanPrep is intended to support preparedness planning and communication but does not provide emergency response services.

    NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE

    PanPrep is not an emergency response service and is not monitored by emergency personnel.

    In any emergency situation, users must immediately contact their local emergency services provider (for example 911 or the appropriate emergency number in their region).

    The Company does not dispatch emergency responders.

    INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

    All information provided through the Service is intended for general informational and preparedness purposes only.

    While we strive to provide helpful guidance, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of information presented within the Service.

    Emergency conditions are unpredictable and may vary significantly by location and circumstance.

    Users must exercise independent judgment and follow instructions issued by local authorities and emergency responders.

    USER ACCOUNTS

    Some features of the Service require users to create an account. Users agree to:

    • Provide accurate and truthful information
    • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
    • Be responsible for activity that occurs under their account

    Users must notify the Company immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

    HOUSEHOLD AND GROUP FEATURES

    PanPrep allows users to invite other individuals to join a household or group within the Service.

    Users are responsible for managing invitations and ensuring that invited participants consent to joining the household or group.

    The Company does not guarantee the delivery or availability of safety check notifications, alerts, or messages between users.

    Notification delivery may depend on device settings, network availability, and third-party services.

    DEVICE AND CONNECTIVITY LIMITATIONS

    Certain features of the Service may rely on:

    • Internet connectivity
    • Cellular networks
    • Device operating systems
    • Third-party notification services
    • Optional location services

    These systems are outside the control of the Company.

    The Service may not function properly during network outages, infrastructure failures, or large-scale emergencies.

    SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

    PanPrep operates on a subscription basis.

    Subscription plans may include monthly or annual billing options.

    Payments are processed through the applicable mobile app marketplace, including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through the user's app marketplace account settings.

    Refunds and billing policies are subject to the policies of the applicable marketplace provider.

    ACCEPTABLE USE

    Users agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Harass or threaten other users
    • Distribute false or misleading information
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure

    The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    THIRD-PARTY DATA SOURCES

    Some information displayed in the Service may originate from third-party data providers, public emergency feeds, or government information sources.

    The Company does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of such third-party data.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panzica Technologies Inc., its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from:

    • Use of the Service
    • Reliance on preparedness information
    • Failure or delay of alerts or notifications
    • Emergencies, disasters, or safety incidents

    Use of the Service is at the user's own risk.

    INDEMNIFICATION

    Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panzica Technologies Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All software, content, trademarks, and materials associated with PanPrep are the property of Panzica Technologies Inc. unless otherwise stated.

    Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission from the Company.

    TERMINATION

    The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated.

    DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

    Arbitration shall take place in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

    GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

    ACCOUNT DELETION

    Users may request deletion of their PanPrep account through the methods made available within the Service or through the support channels identified by the Company.

    Deletion of an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, and subscription management remains the responsibility of the user through the applicable app marketplace account settings.

    The Company may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, security purposes, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal rights.

    CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

    The Company may update these Terms from time to time.

    Updated versions will be posted within the application or on the official PanPrep website.

    Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
